Ness has created a BROKER INCENTIVE program, which recognizes the importance of developing and maintaining long-term relationships. By partnering with Ness, you have the opportunity to increase your bottom-line. We therefore have established three (3) additional compensation opportunities to ensure that our agents are taken care of:
- Bonus Commissions: For “Off-Market” or “Pocket” deals, we will pay extra commissions, in addition to seller paid commissions. We want the first look at your deals and are willing to pay for them.
- Equity Participation: For deals that you would like to take part in, we would be glad to give you an opportunity to participate in the equity contribution by backing your commission into the deal on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
- Back-end Listings: If you sell it to us, you sell it for us, meaning: if we purchase a property from you, we give you the opportunity to have the exclusive listing when we are prepared to sell that property.
We encourage you to submit any value-add opportunity that you believe is a good investment. Ness offers its agents the highest level of professionalism including but not limited to, 24-48 hour response time, protecting agents with respect to their “Off-Market” deals, “out of the box” thinking when working through challenging deal structures, and the ability to perform in escrow.
